Livestrong Personal Training was founded by Tanya, our most experienced trainer.  Since the beginning, Tanya has strived for ways to give her clients an experience beyond just personal training.  Education is a passion for Tanya and she continues to study to help educate not only Livestrong Personal Training clients but all new Personal Trainers.

Tanya now has expanded Livestrong Personal Training to include Andrew, Paul, Felipe and also Lisa.  More trainers with vast and varied expertise will add further value to your training experience.

Livestrong Personal Training trainers are passionate about what they do.  It is more than just getting out ‘one more rep!’.  The trainers follow the principles that we preach through training and through action.  They genuinely care about their clients.
